Okay, I must admit it. I'm a sucker for lame-ass villains. He's not the most intimidating looking evil mastermind, but you gotta think that with a name like Norbert, a green outfit was probably the best one could expect.

Where to begin on the recipe for this? The torso is a from a modified Black Tom. The arms are: Peter Parker's sleeves, Black Tom's cuffs, and Iolaus' hands. The legs are a straight steal from Chameleon; the holster from the Punisher and a pouch from Blacklash. The head is Eric the Red's, with extensive Sculpey modifications (filled in sculpted lines, removed horns, added ear covers and the fiddly plastic bits on the forehead). Whew!
